    Return and Refund Policy

    If you are not completely satisfied with your shoes or insoles, no problem! You can return them within 30 days of purchase, and we will refund you in full. Please note that return shipping from international locations is at your own expense, as we do not have a return address in Europe.

    In the event of receiving a defective pair, please contact us at the following email address: support@orthopeca.co.uk, providing details of the product and the nature of the defect. We will guide you through the return process. Return shipping costs for defective products will be covered by our company.

    Return conditions for defective products:

    • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to report the issue.
    • Send us a clear photo or video of the defect to help us understand the situation.
    • Once confirmed that the product cannot be repaired, we will send you a new pair at our expense.

    Please ensure that the shoes are returned in their original condition, with all tags and accessories attached.

    A refund will be processed once we receive proof of shipment of the returned item. Please allow approximately 3 to 5 business days for the money to be credited to your account after the refund. If you used PayPal to make your purchase, the refund will be immediate.
